KEY PRINCIPLES

Your audio files remain on your device. We do not upload, store, or access your original audio recordings, imported files, or processed audio. All audio processing occurs locally on your device.

Cloud sync is metadata only. Only your project settings (effect selections, volume levels, theme preferences) are synchronized. Your actual audio files never leave your device.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

3.1 Advertising

Google AdMob displays advertisements in the free version. AdMob may collect device information and usage data for ad personalization. You may opt out through device settings.

3.2 Analytics & Infrastructure

Google Firebase provides authentication, analytics, and crash reporting services. Data is processed anonymously.

3.3 Payment Processing

Apple StoreKit handles all in-app purchases. We do not process or store payment information.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure.

4.3 User Responsibility for Audio Content

SlowVibeMaker is an audio processing tool. You may only import and process audio that you have the legal right to use. This includes your original recordings, royalty-free content, or material for which you have obtained proper permission. You are solely responsible for ensuring you do not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

4.4 Copyright Compliance & DMCA

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed by a user of our Application, please contact us at slowvibemaker.help@gmail.com with:

Identification of the copyrighted work
Identification of the allegedly infringing material
Your contact information
A statement of good faith belief
A statement under penalty of perjury

We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.

Account Deletion – Delete your account and associated metadata via Settings
Advertising Preferences – Opt out of personalized ads through device settings
Data Export – Your audio files remain under your control on your device
Children's Privacy – Service not intended for users under 13

All payments are processed exclusively through Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Data processing occurs through global infrastructure. By using the Application, you consent to data transfer to facilities in other jurisdictions as necessary for service provision.

8. POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Application or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
